Fasting is said to have considerable benefits for health and aging. To be combined with calorie restriction.
Diet has a direct influence on the risk of age-related diseases, as demonstrated by the global epidemic of chronic illnesses resulting from metabolic disorders. Obesity, for example, is considered a factor in accelerated ageing.
However, the links between diet and biological aging mechanisms are less clear.
Numerous studies on animal models have shown that caloric restriction, i.e. an authoritarian reduction in the overall quantity of food consumed, significantly increases lifespan compared with free access to food.
In particular, caloric restriction would delay many of the biological changes associated with aging.
Recent studies show that, in addition to caloric restriction, nutritional geometry, and in particular fasting, which consists of total deprivation of food for a given period of time, may have an even greater impact on health and aging (1).

[Glycation is one of the major causes of aging. Resulting from the fixation of sugars on the proteins constituting the organism, glycation generates toxic compounds that cause cellular aging. Glycation is particularly involved in metabolic disorders, skin aging and cognitive decline.] [AGE BREAKER, patented nutritional supplements, based on rosmarinic acid, recognized by aging specialists around the world for their properties to reverse the effects of glycation.]More on www.agebreaker.com
